Staff were attentive and we loved our being there. We had warm room on level 4. The lighting there was natural. Location: the hotel was close enough to the ruins, train station. Also, it was nice for getting to Machu Picchu Inca Citadel.

The rooms were efficient, the breakfast was particularly good, the staff were happy to help. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. The staff did all they can for a RESTFUL stay. I visited a casual restaurant and loved the Greek meals they offer.
